What you'll do

Design and develop AI agents and automation flows for clients in the CAIS™ program.

Build and integrate systems that connect AI tools with each client's existing processes.
- →
Develop and maintain FAIV™'s internal tools for monitoring, diagnosis and operations.
- →
Work with the strategy team to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- →
Explore and evaluate new tools, APIs and models to incorporate into FAIV™'s stack.

What we're looking for
Capabilities
- ·
Experience building with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) and agent frameworks.
- ·
Proficiency in Python or TypeScript for developing integrations and automations.
- ·
Experience with AI orchestration tools: LangChain, n8n, Make, Zapier or equivalents.
- ·
Ability to design simple, maintainable system architectures — no over-engineering.

You communicate clearly with non-technical people because you understand that impact comes from use.
