What you'll do

Manage the complete operational cycle of CORE™ projects from onboarding to results delivery.

Coordinate the team of specialists (strategists, content, GEO, trust builders) on each project.

Maintain clear, proactive, results-oriented communication with the client.

Ensure timelines are met and escalate in time when something needs attention.

Identify opportunities to improve FAIV™'s operational processes and propose solutions.

Capabilities

Experience in digital project management, agency or consulting with multiple simultaneous clients.

Proficiency with project management and collaborative documentation tools.
- ·
Ability to understand a project's strategic context to make correct operational decisions.

Impeccable written communication — many client interactions are asynchronous.
