Generative Search Specialist™
Obsessed with how generative engines work. You experiment, measure, adjust and measure again. You execute GEO strategies so brands appear where AI makes decisions — and you monitor that it actually happens.
What you'll do
- →
Execute Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies for assigned clients.
- →
Research how different LLMs respond to specific search categories and how each brand's presence can be improved.
- →
Design and publish structured content oriented to be cited by AI engines.
- →
Systematically monitor brand presence in ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and Grok.
- →
Document experiments, results and learnings to build FAIV™'s knowledge base.
What we offer
- ✓
Work at the knowledge frontier of GEO — a field being built as we execute it.
- ✓
Access to real AI visibility data and experiments across multiple sectors.
- ✓
Freedom to propose new hypotheses and working methodologies.
- ✓
Remote environment with a distributed team across Spain and Latin America.
- ✓
Opportunity to publish your own research under the FAIV™ umbrella.
What we're looking for
Capabilities
- ·
Deep knowledge of technical and content SEO — GEO is its evolution, not its replacement.
- ·
Familiarity with the main LLMs and how they process, index and cite information.
- ·
Ability to design AI visibility experiments and extract actionable conclusions.
- ·
Experience creating structured content, FAQs, schemas and information architectures.
Human profile
- ·
Almost obsessive curiosity about how AI works under the hood — even if you're not an engineer.
- ·
You like experimenting more than following recipes. Copying what everyone else does makes you uncomfortable.
- ·
You know how to combine analytical thinking with clear writing.
- ·
You have patience for processes that take time — and the consistency not to give up.
This isn't for you if…
You think GEO is just SEO with a different word.
You're not curious about changes in AI model behavior.
You prefer executing defined tasks over exploring unmapped territory.
You don't like writing or structuring information for others to understand.
If you think it's you, tell us.
We don't want a standard CV. We want to know how you think and why FAIV™ makes sense for you right now.
